pubmed-article:6202891 | pubmed:abstractText | Chemotherapy for a metastatic germ cell tumor of the testis was complicated by a life-threatening bronchial rupture secondary to lysis of an endobronchial tumor. Subsequent chemotherapy was delayed because of this complication. Other pulmonary complications of chemotherapy-induced tumor lysis, including abscess formation, empyema and pneumothorax, are discussed. | lld:pubmed |
