pubmed-article:554540pubmed:abstractTextThe perivasal tissue of some blood vessels (antero-lateral vessels of Pomatoceros triqueter, ventral and lateral vessels of Sabella pavonina) shows a remarkable quantity of iron and pseudo-peroxidase activity. At the EM level, this tissue is characterized by numerous dense DAB positive inclusions and well developed granular endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi.
