pubmed-article:2726602 | pubmed:abstractText | Cannulation of the coronary sinus has been usually accomplished by advancing a catheter through the brachial vein, subclavian vein, or internal jugular vein by venous cutdown or a sheath method. We here describe a technique for cannulation into the coronary sinus through the femoral vein by using a modified catheter. This catheter was easily inserted into the coronary sinus in all of 40 consecutive patients in whom it was attempted. | lld:pubmed |
