The study population consisted of four endogenously depressed patients investigated in the absence of any treatment and six healthy controls. The abnormalities detected by statistical analyses in untreated depression consisted mainly of amplitude reduction; the phase positions of the depressed patients were similar to those of the controls.lld:pubmed
