Treatment with antibiotics agent was resisted, and a tympanic perforation became two. Her tuberculin test was positive, but her chest X-ray showed no signs of lung tuberculosis. Posterior rhinoscopy revealed a granuloma in the epipharynx. Histological examination of a biopsy specimen revealed tuberculosis changes. Treatment with antituberculosis agents, SM.INH.RFP greatly reduced the mass and the tympanic perforation. | lld:pubmed |
