He had a checkup in a close inspection purpose of a duodenum tumor at our hospital. We diagnosis that the accessory papilla carcinoid, and Pancreas Divisum was doubted. Rocal resection of the accessory papilla was performed and picked out carcinoid of 7 mm size.
