pubmed-article:190245 | pubmed:abstractText | A simple method is described that permits the direct quantitative determination of carbon disulphide, free diethyldithiocarbamate and disulphides derived from disulfiram in 1 ml of a patient's blood. It is based on a gas chromatographic determination of carbon disulphide produced from diethyldithiocarbamate and disulfiram using the head-space technique and a flame-photometric detector. The method is compared with a recently described spectrophotometric method. | lld:pubmed |
