We investigate whether telmisartan improves cardiovascular remodeling associated with the production of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) through PPAR-gamma, inhibits the Rho-kinase pathway, and suppresses oxidative stress in Dahl salt-sensitive (DS) hypertensive rats.lld:pubmed
