Possibilities for action are outlined, depending on the urgency and seriousness of the situation, as well as indicating who is responsible for the application of the law in each case. The legal possibilities for action are: the closure of the establishment, a warning, and institution of penal proceedings. Finally some suggestions are made as to the method of carrying out such inspections. | lld:pubmed |
