pubmed-article:15997305pubmed:abstractTextThe resolution of asparagine-type oligosaccharides in glycoproteins was carried out by combination of the transglycosylation reaction and CE-TOF-MS. The oligosaccharides enzymatically transferred to a fluorescent acceptor (NDA-Asn-GlcNAc) with Endo-M. The resulting fluorescent-oligosaccharides were separated by CE and detected by TOF-MS. Disialo-Asn was successfully identified by the proposed procedure. Application to oligosaccharides in ovalbumin was also described in this communication.lld:pubmed
