pubmed-article:14628608 | pubmed:abstractText | Nuclear factor of kappa B (NF-kappa B) is a multipolar nuclear transcription factor, and adjusts many gene expressions concerned with immunization, apoptosis, inflammation, neoplasia and metastasis. Recently, NF-kappa B has become a kind of hot spot in the studies of neoplasia, infiltration, metastasis and drug resistance. NF-kappa B can serve as an ideal target molecular approach to the promising gene therapy. This article reviews recent advances in studies on the structure and function of NF-kappa B, and the relationship between NF-kappa B and prostatic adenocarcinoma infiltration, metastasis and tactics of gene therapy. | lld:pubmed |
