One out of 9 diabetic nude mice showed restitution following subcutaneous implantation of 1 rat pancreas. Three out of 6 nude mice were restituted by 2-3 grafts. Implants of rat submandibular gland did not restitute nude mice similarly treated with streptozotocin.
