Evicence is presented in this paper for the presence, in the secretory pathway of mouse myeloma cells, of an energy requiring step, as indicated by the strong inhibition of Immunoglobulin secretion by a variety of respiratory chain inhibitors and of oxidative phosphorylation uncouplers. | lld:pubmed |
