The Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate concentrations were higher in the Bartholin's abscess group as compared to the concentrations in the control group [7.0 +/- 3.1 mmol/l versus 4.3 +/- 1.3 mmol/l (p < 0.05), respectively].
