pubmed-article:9239169 | pubmed:abstractText | A 75-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with advanced breast cancer (T4bN3M0, Stage IIIb). She received chemoendocrine therapy of 5'-DFUR 800 mg/day and MPA 800 mg/ day for 2 months. The main tumor and metastatic lymph nodes were remarkably reduced and became resectable. Histological examination revealed necrotic change of the tumor tissues. This combination therapy proved very useful for advanced breast cancer. | lld:pubmed |
