The methods exploit the peculiarity of electroendosmosis in porous membranes at the conditions of discontinues electrophoresis. There are described the principles and application of the above methods for automatic performance of electrophoretic analysis of low-protein biological fluids, of western blotting, epitope analysis of monoclonal antibodies and multiantigen assays.
