pubmed-article:8926664 | pubmed:abstractText | The gastroscopic examination has been done in 72 children for diagnosis of congenital pylorostenosis in 1993-1995. The authors think that this method is more reliable and sparing to compare with any others for diagnosis of congenital pylorostenosis. The absence of pylorus motility as a reaction for the external stimulation is a main criterium for endoscopic diagnosis of congenital pylorostenosis. | lld:pubmed |
