Gastric lymphoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of gastric outlet obstruction during childhood. The possibility of gastric malignancy should not be excluded only on the basis of the patient's age. Complete resection of the tumor, with postoperative radiation and/or chemotherapy is the best method of treatment for high-grade lymphomas. | lld:pubmed |
