A large thrombus was documented in one case at autopsy, whilst in the second case the presence of a thrombus was confirmed by two subsequent coronary arteriographic and ventriculographic studies. Thus, the observation of neovascularity of the left ventricle on angiography is indicative of thrombus formation rather than the presence of a neoplasm. | lld:pubmed |
