pubmed-article:8364106 | pubmed:abstractText | We compared three cleansing methods of preparation for colonoscopy in 150 patients: the first containing a mixture of cathartics, especially sennosides: the second containing polyethyleneglycol: the third containing a mixture of monosodic monohydrated and bisodic heptahydrated phosphate. We evaluated the tolerability, the compliance and the side effects of the preparations. Regarding the evaluated parameters, it was found that the mixture of monosodic and bisodic heptahydrated phosphate was more valid than the other preparations. | lld:pubmed |
