Serum BFP was elevated in close association with acute rejection and dropped to a normal level after reversal of rejection. As Western blot analysis has revealed that BFP is present in the normal kidney, it is believed that serum BFP may be useful for the detection of various types of renal damage such as acute rejection. | lld:pubmed |
