To battle shigellosis and other acute intestinal infections of non-dysentery etiology a number of factors were taken into account, such as: methods of proliferation of these diseases, dynamics and morbidity rate, etc. The article shows the tasks of medical service during organization and execution of sanitary-epidemiological control over morbidity rate, disclosure of the causes which originate the appearance of acute intestinal infections, elaboration of proposals on the improvement of sanitary-epidemiological situation in troops, strict adherence to the rules of hygiene.lld:pubmed
