pubmed-article:7635836 | pubmed:abstractText | Ferredoxin (flavodoxin) NADP+ oxidoreductase participates in methionine biosynthesis and in the function of two anaerobic enzymes, pyruvate formate-lyase and ribonucleotide reductase. We prepared insertion mutants of Escherichia coli lacking a functional enzyme.
