Surveillance of hypovolemia and myocardial incompetence associated with sceptic shock allows a better adaptation of symptomatic treatment and a better prognosis in these severe cases. It seems that invasive hemodynamic methods (thermodilution) cannot be replaced presently by echocardiography alone. | lld:pubmed |
