pubmed-article:7275022 | pubmed:abstractText | This paper is the second report dealing with blue naevus of a lymph node, and represents only the third case of this entity. It is unique in that it is the first example in which more than one node was involved. The lesion is discussed in relation to the apparently somewhat more common presence of naevus-cell aggregates of lymph nodes, and in relation to blue naevi located in other unusual locations. The occurrence of these various naevoid lesions favours the concept that blue naevi of lymph nodes represent an arrest of migration of melanocytes from the neural crest, rather than a form of "benign metastasis" from a cutaneous site. | lld:pubmed |
