Preoperative semen analysis was done in all cases. The most important aspects of this study are: 1. Excellent quality of semen characteristics after the first 3 postoperative months. 2. Reduced semen quality during the following time. 3. Most frequent complication was a aseptic epididymitis which could be caused hemodynamically. 4.
