| pubmed-article:7134963 | pubmed:abstractText | 125I-BSA and human 125I-DNA fragments have been prepared for tests for loading efficiency by the erythrocyte ghosts, which is found to be 3.7 and 3.0 per cent respectively. The experiments are reproducible. The 125I-DNA fragments trapped in the erythrocyte ghosts are transferred into DON cells through cell fusion or "microinjection".
