| pubmed-article:7102104 | pubmed:abstractText | Our study shows histologic changes of the biopsied testicles in 93.7% identical with the changes found in adult patients with varicocele. One patient, however, showed almost normal findings, which are unexplained. Our goal is now to work out clinical and chemical laboratory criteria to allow a better definition of the indication for surgical treatment. At the present time we think that in all cases of absent testicular growth, manifest atrophy, bilateral or right-side involvement, operative treatment is necessary. | lld:pubmed |
