pubmed-article:6606135 | pubmed:abstractText | 257 patients with facial neuralgia (idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia, symptomatic trigeminal neuralgia, atypical facial pain) have been treated by percutaneous selective thermorhizotomy. 115 patients have been followed up 1-13 years after operation. In 71% we found excellent and good results. Preoperative symptoms, postoperative results of pain arrest, complications and cutaneous sensibility will be analyzed. The results are compared with data from the literature. | lld:pubmed |
