The data were standardized according to diagnostic criteria, duration of treatment and size of patient population. Although proper assessment of the relative risk of thrush incurred with the use of aerosolized corticosteroids must await large-scale randomized, blind, comparative trials, these results of past studies give a general indication of what may be expected. | lld:pubmed |
