pubmed-article:3979848pubmed:abstractTextStudies using the Fluorotron Master fluorophotometer in vitro and in vivo are presented. The in vitro tests include lower limit of detection and error of measurement, and the in vivo tests include spread function, axial resolution, and reproducibility. Results show that many technical problems have been resolved by this system. Furthermore, this system can be satisfactory handled by technical personnel after short periods of training.lld:pubmed
