The degree of bronchial reactivity as determined by the cold air hyperventilation challenge significantly correlated with the non-specific bronchial reactivity determined by a methacholine inhalation challenge. Cold air hyperventilation challenge can accurately confirm the presence of reactive airway disease.lld:pubmed
