Histopathologic and serologic findings were diagnostic of cytomegalovirus gastric infection. Clinical involvement of the stomach in the course of cytomegalovirus mononucleosis is unique, and this case expands further the spectrum of clinical disease in the otherwise healthy adult. | lld:pubmed |
