pubmed-article:2983621pubmed:abstractTextA case of epidermotropic carcinoma involving the urethral meatus and the skin of the glans penis was associated with primary transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder with urethral extension. The histopathologic and histochemical features were identical to those seen in extramammary Paget's disease. There was positive intracytoplasmic staining for the carcinoembryonic antigen with the use of an immunoperoxidase stain, another similarity between this neoplasm and extramammary Paget's disease. However, these staining characteristics are consistent with those of the primary bladder tumor and with staining patterns described in the literature for urothelial carcinoma.lld:pubmed
