pubmed-article:2907791 | pubmed:abstractText | The relaxant effect of resveratrol on guinea pig isolated trachea (EC50 = 100 microM) was not due to interactions with histaminergic or cholinergic systems, but appeared to be influenced by beta-blockers, indomethacin and mepacrine. Antigen-induced contraction on sensitized trachea was partially antagonized by resveratrol. Resveratrol action may be partially related to arachidonic acid metabolism. | lld:pubmed |
