Pretreatment and post-treatment cases showed different protein patterns. The increased number of bands in zone A in pretreatment rectal cancer cases decreased after chemotherapy. Thus, the number and position of bands before and after treatment and in different types of cancer may be used in diagnosis and prognosis of the disease. | lld:pubmed |
