All of the group had supposedly good hearing, without otic antecedents and free of any complaint related to the ear. The tests done were: recruitment (Lüscher-Zwislocki), tone decay (Carhart) and automatic audiometry (von Békésy). In assessing the results, the coefficient of variability and standard deviation were kept in mind.
