The pain and electrocardiographic changes disappeared after the administration of sublingual Nitroglycerin. Myocardial enzymes did show some evidence for myocardial necrosis. A subsequent coronary arteriogram showed no occlusive lesions. Pseudoephedrine, a sympathomimetic agent, may be implicated in the initiation of coronary spasm and myocardial infarction in some patients. | lld:pubmed |
