pubmed-article:21086077 | pubmed:abstractText | GrxS14 is a monothiol Glutaredoxin (Grx) from Populus tremula × tremuloides, which has a CGFS active site. GrxS14 is located in the chloroplasts and has been found to occur ether as an apo form or as a holo form with a [2Fe-2S] cluster. The holo form contains two monomers of apo GrxS14 bridged by the iron sulphur center, in the presence of two external glutathione molecules (Bandyopadhyay et al. 2008).
