Here we present the backbone assignments of activated rRheb in complex with the non-hydrolisable GTP analogue GppNHp. These assignments now provide a basis for the analysis of rRheb's interaction with putative effectors in order to further elucidate the physiological function of this GTPase and its role in the regulation of neuronal cell volume as well as in tuberous sclerosis.lld:pubmed
