The entrainment mapping algorithm is used for ablation of ventricular tachycardia (VT) in right ventricular (RV) cardiomyopathy, but ablation at endocardial isthmus sites has only a moderate success rate. This study was performed to identify additional local electrogram characteristics associated with successful ablation.
