pubmed-article:18068457 | pubmed:abstractText | In penile cancer, radical groin dissection is the reference standard for lymph node staging, but it is associated with high morbidity. Prognostic markers for lymphatic spread would be helpful to select patients for a surveillance program. Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) antigen is a well-known marker for various carcinomas. Our aim was to evaluate the value of the SCC antigen in terms of lymph node staging and treatment control. | lld:pubmed |
