The application of an endobronchial back valve to patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis gives rise to hypoventilation and atelectasis in the affected areas of the lung, promotes the stabilization and regression of a tuberculous process, and it is not attended by the development of endobronchial complications. | lld:pubmed |
