pubmed-article:1720404pubmed:abstractTextDigital ischaemia is a recognised complication of both malignant disease and chemotherapy. Its onset may prevent further treatment and lead to tissue loss. This was successfully treated with Iloprost, a prostacyclin analogue.lld:pubmed
