However, the presence of multiple rigid stents beneath the subepicardial hematoma disturbs optimal revascularization and hemostasis. Teflon felt (Meadox Medical Inc, Oakland, NJ) wrapping repair is a simple salvage technique that allows stable hemostasis and the rescue of the entire blood flow of the coronary artery.
