Computed tomography (CT) demonstrated that the paravertebral mass had a characteristic low attenuation coefficient compatible with liquid content. CT-myelography further confirmed the diagnosis. We recommend that though intrathoracic meningocele is rare, it should be kept in mind when making a differential diagnosis in cases where the patient has neurofibromatosis with a posterior mediastinal mass. | lld:pubmed |
