Forcipomyia taiwana is a tiny, blood-sucking midge that cause intense pruritus and swelling in sensitive individuals. It is distributed island-wide in rural Taiwan and Southern China. Objective: This study aimed to study the allergic immune responses and identify F. taiwana allergens.
