pubmed-article:159318 | pubmed:abstractText | Sarcomas were induced in C57BL/6 mice by using 3-methylcholanthrene. Spleen cells taken from these mice bearing primary, chemically induced tumors and from matched control mice were assessed for the capacity to generate cell-mediated cytotoxic cell activity after in vitro sensitization. Spleen cells from tumor-bearing mice generated strong cell-mediated cytotoxic responses against alloantigens and antigens on syngeneic cells. | lld:pubmed |
