Each Ag(I) ion is three-coordinated by N atoms of three different pyrazine ligands, forming a T-shaped coordination configuration. In the crystal structure, uncoordinated water molecules are linked to trifluoromethanesulfonate anions through intermolecular O-H...O hydrogen bonds.
