pubmed-article:1370380 | pubmed:abstractText | We have used PCR to amplify and align the sequence of two genes encoding cGTH alpha. Both genes comprise four exons and three introns. The organization of cGTH alpha genes is very similar to that of mammalian GTH alpha genes.
